Coldseal® : This polymer mortar is designed for the structural preservation of asphalt, formulated to restore, protect, and extend the service life of asphalt and concrete surfaces deteriorated by erosion, wear, and aging. It is applied cold, and its 100% environmentally friendly emulsion formulation allows for the restoration of functionality and the extension of the service life of road surfaces in various road infrastructures.
Primary Use : Coldseal® is ideal for high-traffic areas and environments with harsh weather conditions. It is applied cold to asphalt and concrete pavements, including highways, roads, secondary roads, parking lots, hangars, warehouses, yards, and pothole repair programs, among others. No specialized machinery is required for application.

Cold-Sign® : This is a 100% polymeric paint, formulated with high-quality tetrapolymers for marking pavements and road surfaces. It offers great durability and visibility, even in adverse conditions, thanks to its semi-matte finish that conceals imperfections.
It is a non-toxic, environmentally friendly paint with high resistance to friction. Its easy application and excellent performance make it an efficient and sustainable solution for road marking.
Main Use : Used to demarcate lane lines, pedestrian crossings, symbols, and other markings necessary to improve road safety on highways, parking lots, and other areas
industrial and airport applications. Furthermore, its high resistance to friction and fast drying time allow for efficient and continuous performance in road marking.
Design and Application : This is designed under the ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards, in addition to the
NTC application standards with the addition of microspheres. Application in the rain is not recommended. Recommended application temperature: 5°C to 40°C.

PolySeal® System : Dual-action sealing system for asphalt pavements that exhibit porosity, oxidation, loss of fines and detachment of gravel in initial stages.
Main Use : Provides a two-stage, deep seal in asphalt pavements through an internal anchoring mechanism and surface protection. It penetrates 7-15 mm into the pavement, sealing the void network and significantly reducing permeability and the loss of fines. Additionally, it forms a semi-rigid, transparent, and continuous polymer film that improves resistance to vehicular friction without altering the color, texture, or macro-texture of the asphalt pavement.
