BASES/STRENGTHENING STABILIZATION

Soil stabilization is a critical process that improves the physical, mechanical, and strength properties of soil, ensuring its long-term durability. Our process includes soil classification according to the AASHTO soil classification system, selection of the most suitable stabilizer, and implementation of an effective application methodology.

In-Situ

In-Situ®

Polymer for stabilizing soils and granular materials.

Presentation: 200 Liter Drums.

In-Situ® : A polymer stabilizer for soils and granular materials, designed for on-site application in bases and subbases. It acts as a binding agent between particles, improving compaction, increasing load-bearing capacity, and reducing permeability, resulting in stronger and more durable road surfaces. It optimizes construction costs and accelerates execution times.

Primary Use : In-Situ® is the ideal polymer solution for stabilizing bases and substrates, optimizing strength and durability in road and structural projects. For proper application, laboratory analyses and tests must be completed, adapting the dosage to the type of aggregate at the site and the project specifications. With this technology, and depending on the project, it is possible to replace the existing road surface, eliminating the need for asphalt or concrete pavements.

Technical Advantages :

• Increases the load-bearing capacity of the aggregate by up to 400%.

• Improves stability, mechanical strength and reduces plasticity.

• It is 100% environmentally friendly and does not contaminate groundwater.

• Maintenance-free for long periods of time.

• It does not emit VOC, GHG, NOx, or CO2 gases during the construction process.

• It can stabilize all types of soil according to the AASHTO classification

Ionic Stabilizer

Additive for Priming and Recycling

of milled material from asphalt pavements.

Ionic stabilizers are positively charged chemical compounds used to improve soil stability, especially in highly plastic soils such as clays. Their primary mechanism involves adsorbing onto negatively charged soil particles, neutralizing this charge and reducing repulsion between particles. This prevents fine soil particles from dispersing or swelling in the presence of water, a common cause of soil instability and volumetric expansion.

Main Use : It is the stabilization of fine and cohesive soils, especially those with a high clay content.

Advantages :

•High affinity with clays.

•Reduction of plasticity.

•Less sensitivity to water.

•Improves load-bearing capacity.

•Simple application

ENZYMA-Road

Presentation: 20 Liter Containers.

Enzymes play a crucial role in soil stabilization by improving both their structure as well as their cohesion. They function as biocatalysts, facilitating chemical reactions in the soil that promote the formation of stable aggregates.
Multi-enzyme based technology modifies the properties of the soil content, increasing its carrying capacity by promoting the bonding between soil particles.

Main Use : Quick repairs and cold sealing of cracks and joints for hydraulic concrete or asphalt pavements because it combines advanced technology with a sustainable and practical approach that far surpasses sealants designed to be applied hot.

Advantages :

• It significantly reduces road construction costs.

• Completely ecological and non-toxic.

• Proven technology with years of field experience.

• Reduced ecological impact in the road construction process.

• It does not contain corrosive or caustic elements in its formulation.

ADHESIF-VT

Adhensif VT®

All-purpose hardener

type of substrates

Presentation: 200 Liter Drums.

Adhensif VT® : This is a high-penetration polymer coating formulated with reactive agents designed to densify and molecularly interact with the free radicals and oxylates present in various types of aggregates. The result is densification with extreme surface hardness, sealed porosity, and superior resistance to chemical agents and mechanical abrasion, increasing the service life of road surfaces under continuous vehicular traffic.

Basic uses : Adhensif-VT® is ideal for;
1. Mining : Increases surface hardness on mining roads, resisting abrasion from heavy machinery and extending service life 3-5 times without rigid sealing and continuous water irrigation.
2. Dust Control (Dust Killer) : Penetrates and binds particles in earthworks, reducing dust emissions by +90% under continuous traffic without repeated applications.
3. Earthworks and Unpaved Roads : Reinforces soil/gravel/ballast roads against water erosion and potholes caused by heavy vehicles, ideal for industrial and mining access.
4. Primers/Anchoring : Improves adhesion on stabilized soils for maximum versatility in low-cost projects.
5. Gravel/Ballast : Preserves the granulometric integrity of the ballast, preventing premature wear and the generation of fines caused by the dynamic loads of heavy machinery or rail traffic.

Impregnan't-Road®

Polymer for anchoring

of the substrate

IMPREGNAN'T-Road

Presentation: 200 Liter Drums.

Impregnan't-Road® : This is a specialized additive/adhesive for anchoring primers, free of asphalt mixtures and designed to ensure optimal adhesion of the stabilized substrate. It is a versatile and effective solution regardless of the stabilization method used.

By using Impregnan-t-Road®, the adhesion of substrates stabilized by any method is improved and when combined with cements, it enhances their structural strength, offers a better finish and significantly extends the durability of the stabilized road.

Technical Properties :

• High biodegradability, minimizing environmental impact.

• Simple and quick application by spraying or misting.

• It can be made in a color according to the project.

• It can be integrated with cementitious materials, enhancing resistance.

• It is 100% environmentally friendly.

• Easy to apply cold.
